The Windsock

The view was amazing, the special touches in every room - bath bombs for the massive, romantic baths. Ice-creams in the freezer for ourselves and even a biltong ice-cream for our fur-baby. Cold beers when we arrived to help us unwind - what more could you ask for!

I like the fact that there was braai wood and charcoal beers, snacks, and cookies all laid out when we arrived. The Windsock is the best example ever of how an Airbnb should operate. The hosts are amazing. The place is amazing. Nothing is a problem.

This is a perfect place.

The Windsock is absolutely stunning. Extremely clean, tidy, and has everything you need and more. The view is breathtaking.

There is nothing we did not like.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Windsock - it truly exceeded our expectations. The 180-degree sea views are absolutely breathtaking, where you can both watch and hear the waves, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What really stood out were the incredibly thoughtful, personal touches for humans and dogs alike. It is exceptionally pet-friendly! The hosts went above and beyond by leaving treats for our dogs, including biscuits, homemade ice cream, and even a special gift for our French Bulldog, Henry's upcoming birthday. That level of care made us feel so welcomed and at home. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and well-equipped, with air conditioning, a variety of toiletries and hair products, disposable slippers and gowns, and lovely personalized notes throughout. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this property for a pet friendly beach getaway!

A remote control for the gate would be a bonus!
