Останавливались на 3 ночи. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин. Удобное месторасположения: недалеко от вокзала, но на тихой улице. Рядом остановка нескольких трамваев. Окна комнаты выходят во двор, поэтому очень тихо в комнате. Очень удобная кровать. Есть много посуды, микроволновка, холодильник, чайник и кофемашина. При необходимости можно быстро приготовить простой завтрак или ужин. We stayed for three nights. The host was very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located: close to the train station, but in a quiet street. Several tram stops are nearby. The room windows overlook the courtyard, so it's very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee machine. If needed, you can quickly prepare a simple breakfast or dinner.

The communication with the host was fast and the info clear! The structure is in an amazing position if you wanna visit Leipzig, and perfect if you have to work at the stadium! You can reach it with many tram from the central stadion, and you can go by feet to the city center. There is a small kitchen with everything you need, and some supermarket in the neighboroud. I’d come again :)

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage. Straßenbahn,Bäcker,Lokale "um die Ecke" Kleine Küchennische mit Kaffeemaschine,Kühlschrank ect.Schönes Badezimmer. Netter Vermieter...alles Top👍

Das Zimmer, die Wohnung, vermittelt den Charme, wie man sich das Waldstraßen-Viertel in Leipzig als gewachsener Stil vorstellen könnte. Der freundliche Vermieter passt dazu. Die Funktionselemente, Heizung, Bad, TV, und Küche funktionieren gut, prägen aber - wie ansonsten häufig - nicht den Gesamteindruck der Wohnung. Die Lage (Waldstraßen-Viertel) ist hervorragend, die Straßenbahn vor der Tür, der Hauptbahnhof unweit.

Wenn man sich auf die Wohnung mit Atmosphäre einlässt, ist alles gut.
