It is a house with a lot of history, heritage of Navarre completely renovated, very cozy and in a mountain environment.
It has an American pool.
It is located in a small rural town twenty minutes from Pamplona, five from Irurzun, forty-five from San Sebastian and Vitoria.
Very close we have the Alloz reservoir, the source of Arteta and an environment of small mountain villages with a lot of history and gastronomy.
We can not forget the mountains that surround us where you can make all kinds of getaways and sports.
An ideal environment to enjoy any time of the year.

We were a family of 8 who were vacationing in Pamplona during the San Fermin festival. Costs were high in the city due to the festival, so we stayed at this cottage, which is huge and provided plenty of space for everyone. Wonderful place, about 20 min from town. Totally relaxing vibe with plenty of room. The views were spectacular. We had friends from Spain visit and they thought it would be a great weekend getaway place. A great place for a great price that is close enough to the city, yet gives you a feel of small village life.

This is an overall great home with great features (pool table, card room, back yard and grill) that is well maintained and clean.
If you are looking for a scenic farm country house this is excellent.
Our only downside is they home says 7 miles from Pamplona city centre but its good 30 minute drive.

Nos ha gustado mucho la casa, los dueños han sido muy atentos. El jardín para comer y una barbacoa es una maravilla, el pueblo muy tranquilo.

Estuvimos genial, el entorno estupendo, la casa cómoda, limpia y mucho silencio que ya va bien para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Con un río estupendo a tan solo 5 minutos.
Somos una pareja que siempre viajamos con Bruno, nuestro perro, no nos pusieron ninguna objeción ya que Bruno no es precisamente un perro de tamaño pequeño, en fin... no se que mas os puedo decir, solo recomendar vuestra casa al 100 x 100. Un saludo chicos!!
