Guaranteed maximum tranquility and relaxation. Guests have access to all the spaces of the villa, its terrace and garden. The villa is single-family, therefore nobody will disturb the privacy of the guests!

Villa Laura has two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. In the large living room there is also a French sofa bed that can be used if necessary. It can therefore accommodate up to six people. There is also a smart TV with satellite system. The kitchen is equipped with the latest generation appliances: fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and capsule coffee machine. The two bathrooms each have a shower. There is an air conditioning system in the bedrooms and in the living room / lounge.

The villa has a large terrace with a sitting corner with sofas and armchairs from which to enjoy the wonderful panorama in total relaxation and a table for six people to dine on the sea view. The property includes a barbecue, a sink and an outdoor shower, washing machine with dryer and free wi-fi.
On the back, spacious but reserved courtyard with an additional table and six chairs, clearing area and cupboards with service spaces and washer / dryer.

The terrace and garden offer the opportunity to tan in privacy, comfortably lying on the sun beds (2 available), enjoying the sea view in the tranquility of the place.

Villa Laura is immersed in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park and offers a splendid view of the gulf and the surrounding mountains, it is ideal for those who love outdoor activities, relaxation and barbecues. The property, although surrounded by greenery and tranquility, is not isolated: in the same area there are in fact several other houses and / or villas but none of these overlooks Villa Laura which always remains in a private position, thus ensuring maximum privacy for guests.

The garden is illuminated at night with twilight lights. The property is fenced and the access gate to the villa is automatic with remote controlled opening. The villa is furnished by a well-known architect with some original design pieces: lamps by Le Corbusier, Cini Boeri, Bruno Munari, Kazuhide Takahama; Zanotta and Molteni furnishings.
The parking lot can accommodate up to four cars.

Villa Laura is FAMILY FRIENDLY: we will be happy to host your children and to provide them with whatever is necessary to make their and your stay pleasant and happy! Upon request and at no additional cost, we will provide you with a camping cot, a high chair, a mini table with three high chairs, cutlery, glasses and colored plastic dishes to make the kids' lunch more fun. The TV is SMART, with wi-fi internet connection, to watch their favorite videos on Youtube or connect to Netflix (account not included). In the second bedroom you will also find some games for your children, including a large Lego Classic box and some books for children. The second bedroom gives directly onto a large garden, where your children can play while you relax in the sun!

Finally, I must point out that, being the villa in a protected area, the last stretch of access road (about 2/300 meters) is not asphalted but is practicable by any type of car.

The asking price includes all consumption (water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heating, unlimited wi-fi), bed linen and towels.
