Okay for a night. But definitively better options around.

Friendly staff. We could use the garage at no extra cost (available spots) Room was ready in our arrival (it was before the standard check-in time).

No privacy. Room was at ground level. Terrace and window directly at street level. Useless terrace. Zero room equipment. Not even a water boiler (kettle), nor a mini-fridge. Carpet floor. Not my cup of tea, specially in summertime. Probably not the mos hygienic thing to have in a hotel room. Aged furniture and decoration. Unjustified high local taxes (~20€ per night). Theoretically it comes with a tourist card... that was not provided.

Disappointing

The location was good for the summer, for the winter it would be too far away from the lifts.

Well it's not really family friendly. They charge you for a baby because he uses water and towels... It's nonsense we brought our own baby bed. They only tell you at chec out not at check in. We already had a booking.com price.They were really rude during check out. So not recommended at all.

It was a very nice stay, everything was clean, good breakfast, nice balkony with a view, walking distance to the skilift, bars/restaurants and grocery store.

It was too expensive and there was no dinner or ski passes in the price. So we had to spend extra money for dinner every evening. Overall, Fiss/Ladis is expensive area like Aspen in CO.

Great location on 5 min walk from the ski slopes. easy parking. you get a locker at the ski lift for your skis, so no need to drag equipment back and forth. Staff is friendly, honest and hard working. Good restaurant and a bar with nice view and inside/outside seating. good beds, great sleep.

I would have loved a beer from Tirol in the bar, like maybe Tiroler Helles from Bürgerbräu… one of my new found favorites.

Good value for money, but VERY UNFRIENDLY communication

We had booked 3 double rooms, but due to illness one person could not join. This was reported to hotel a few days before arrival, but the response from the hotel was very unhelpful and unfriendly! While asking for advice on how this could be handled I received several unfriendly email responses (using capitals so actually "yelling" at me) Furthermore, the hotel made us pay the full amount for all rooms. While we did not expect them to waive the entire amount of the person not joining because we still occupied 3 double rooms, it would however have been correct not to charge the half board of the sixth person since they did not have to make the costs. So while the hotel facilities where up to standards and offered decent value for money I will NEVER GO BACK because of the way we have been treated...

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Das Zimmer war super wir hatten Blick auf die Piste. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück war ausreichend und das Abendessen a la Kart war sehr gut.

Bemerkenswerte Restauration im außergewöhnlichen Ambiente

Das Zimmer war sauber, großzügig, die Betten waren komfortabel, der Balkon bietet Blick auf die Berge, es war sehr ruhig. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Das ganze Haus bietet sich qualitativ hochwertig dar.

Leider waren weder Wasserkocher noch Tee oder Wasser und Gläser auf dem Zimmer. Auch gab es kein Duschgel etc.

Heerijk hotel!

De gastvrijheid. Erg vriendelijk, sauna was heerijk! Mooie ruime kamer. De super summer card, hierdoor mochten we voor 6,50 euro de hele dag onbeperkt met de liften, erg leuk! (Tip: lever het pasje in bij de automaat en je krijgt 2 euro terug)

Ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar prima.

Een heerlijk verblijf

Het was een mooie ruime kamer, met een ruime badkamer. Een uitzicht op de bergen, waar we vanaf het balkon heerlijk van genoten. De bedden waren heerlijk. En heel erg vriendelijk personeel.

Petit déjeuner parfait, situation géographique très bien, personnel bienveillant, à l’écoute, seul petit bémol, pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain!! Les repas sont très copieux et de bonne qualité.

Sehr ruhiges Hotel in Aussichtslage

Positiv zu erwähnen sind der freundliche Empfang und das stets bemühte Personal. Die Ruhelage, der Blick vom Balkon und der Gratisparkplatz in der Nähe hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und frisch. Auf Wunsch wurden auch Eiergerichte frisch zubereitet. Das hauseigene Restauraunt bietet eine umfangreiche Speisekarte mit guter Hausmannskost in großen Portionen an. Die beim Check-In ausgefolgte Sommer-Card berechtigte zur Benützung der Seilbahnen.

Zu unserer Überraschung wurde beim Check-Out die Sommer-Card mit 6,50 Euro/Person in Rechnung gestellt. Überraschend war auch, dass man in einer Region mit herrlich trinkbarem Quellwasser im hoteleigenen Restaurant - anders als in anderen Restaurants des Ortes - nur Mineralwasser in Flaschen bekam. Negativ aufgefallen sind uns die kaum Licht spendende Deckenlampe im Vorzimmer, die schwache Beleuchtung im Badezimmer, die alten, teilweise ausgefransten Handtücher und die ausgebleichten Plastikblumen.

Ignoranter junger Angestellter an der Rezeption, schlecht erklärt wie wir in die Fahradgarage kommen , keine Hilfe Angeboten , im Aussenbereich schon vor 20uhr keine Möglichkeit was zu trinken, da das Personal nkeine Lust mehr hatten, um die Ecke kein Problem
