Porta da Arrábida Suites

We were very positively surprised with Porta da Arrábida. The facilities are as the pictures show. It's super clean and the staff was always so kind and professional with us. We had to make several changes to our stay, for personal reasons and again the staff was so accommodating. Being it online or physically. The surrounding area is beautiful and you can walk everywhere, to just sightseeing or to access transportation. Strongly recommend!

The property is very good value for money, very clean and nice. There was quite a lot of space and the bathroom was very modern.

The area is very quiet and not much is around. My main concern was that there was no staff to help you and the number on the website was not working as the people did not know how to help. One night, I was locked out because my card did not work so I had to wait outside for my friend to come with her other card. There was no one I could speak to or call as there is no one working, especially in the evenings/nights. If my friend was no where near or if both our cards didn’t work I don’t know what I would have done so that is very dangerous and uncomfortable if you ask me.

Loved the location, the room and facilities

The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 6pm and there was nobody at reception (in the evening and in the morning). But I called and it was solved in an hour

Not a lot, the double aircon for heating was good though

Maybe I wasn’t lucky cause I had the ground floor room But it all needs a bit of love and updating
