Location was great and the historic quality of the building was very nice.
Antiquated door locks and front gate were difficult at times. Listing included a kitchen but upon arrival the information stated that use of the kitchen would be an additional $20.00. Listing stated washer available, but upon arrival information stated that would be an additional $20.00. Those are petty charges that leave a bad taste. Either don't include them or raise the price to cover them - especially the kitchen.
