The apartment was modern and spotlessly clean and it was the welcome from Marcia and her aunt which made it special they helped us lots through our stay. It is perfect for a base to travel from and cook in the evening which we did nearly every night and the pizzeria was great just up the road and a supermarket next door. Our little balconies were perfect to let in morning sun and take in the sunset in the evening. It is in a residential area so we definitely experienced authentic Italian experience. We really enjoyed our time at the apartment.
As we were there for 5 days we had wanted to chill out and relax in the sun, the apartment isn’t set up for this type of stay. Not a problem as we found a little hotel down by the harbour that we paid €8 for a towel, sunbeds and pool all day looking out to sea. We didn’t have a car so we did a lot of walking up and down hills. If there was something we would recommend is softer mattress they were very firm.

Such a perfect home to visit all around the area.
Train to Sorrento, very easy to get to.
Train to Pompeii, easy but we drove it to use the car.
Driving to Amalfi, was very easy but I have been driving through Italy for the last 3 weeks.
Local area, restaurants amazing.
But most important the homeowners, their family and friends are so lovely and will help you out with anything. Kept in communication from day one, message me with all local information.
The home has everything and more you need, car parking inside their locked gates, pool that was perfect.

Lovely hosts who picked us up on arrival from train station. Nothing too much trouble. Spacious apartment, kitchen well equipped. Pool was great at end of a hot day.
