Large 4 Bedroom 3 full bath second floor condo just steps to the beautiful WIldwood Crest Beaches. Unobstructed ocean views from your living room and large front deck. Located close to tennis courts, basketballs courts, playground and the famous Wildwood boardwalk. This is a great quite location for your family to enjoy. Common area includes, Large heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grille area, pool side cabana, storage unit and 2 parking spots. Come enjoy your vacation in this brand new luxury condo.

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Bed Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Linens.
VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.
The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
Fee Break Down: (These items are included in your quote)
Base Rent + The Following:
- $100 Processing Fee
- $75 Accidental Damage Insurance Policy Charge (Non-refundable)
- $150 Amenities Package
- 3% Credit Card Convenience Fee
Please Note: This property does not accept group rentals or tenants under the age of 25. Reservations signed for by parents / legal guardians are not permitted. Discovery of any reservation created under false or misleading pretenses is subject to eviction without reimbursement.

Dishcloths and dish towels were not provided along with other linens. There was no dish soap, only dishwashing packets. No additional paper towels or toilet paper was provided. Washcloths were paper thin.

The property itself is very nice with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a great location only a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach. However the cleaners did a poor job preparing the property for our stay. The floor needed sweeping, the stove was a mess and the bathrooms weren’t cleaned. There is also an obnoxiously loud pickleball court right outside and they start playing at 7am, very inconsiderate

Location was perfect for beach and boardwalk. The condo could have been much cleaner and more updated. There were dust bunnies everywhere on floors. Bath mats are not included so make sure you bring your own. Dishwasher sounds like it’s on its way out very loud. Bedroom furniture was quite large to fit my children’s pack n play and crib in.
