This well-presented semi-detached cottage is situated in the coastal town of Paignton in Devon and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
7 The Retreat is a stunning, refurbished mews cottage located in the seaside town of Paignton, Devon. Spread over three floors with three bedrooms; a kingsize, a twin (with zip/link double on request) and en-suite and a second floor twin room with en-suite as well as a ground floor cloakroom, it can sleep six guests. Inside is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Outside is an enclosed private courtyard with furniture, summerhouse and charcoal barbecue, along with off-road parking for 2 cars. 7 The Retreat is a splendid coastal cottage for family and friends alike.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV. 3 x TV, sound bar which includes bluetooth, WiFi, selection of books, games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, highchair and travel cot available. Off-road parking for two cars.
