A chácara superou nossas expectativas! Desde o início o proprietário nos deu toda a assistência e esclareceu todas as dúvidas que tínhamos. Ótima localização, bairro tranquilo e de fácil acesso, com um centrinho próximo indo de carro. A chácara é muito bem dividida, os quartos bem divididos e equipados, piscina grande e muito bem cuidada, muitos utensílios na cozinha (panelas, talheres, liquidificador, batedeira, sanduicheira, etc), tudo muito novo, bem conservado e muito limpo. Área da churrasqueira muito agradável com uma mesa grande para todos comer aquele churrasco juntos! O caseiro também está sempre disponível caso precisem de ajuda! Com certeza retornaremos e recomendamos este imóvel! Obrigada ao proprietário pela atenção e parabéns pela organização e cuidados do imóvel!

Chácara completa, tudo novo e limpo, muito bem dividida, piscina grande e bem cuidada, churrasqueira bem arrumada e com tudo perfeito para fazer aquele churrasco. Parabéns ao proprietário pelos cuidados e organização do imóvel.

A chácara superou nossas expectativas. Ótima localização, tudo novinho, bem conservado e muito limpo. Quartos com suites bem divididos. Muitos utensílios na cozinha. Área da piscina maravilhosa. Também tivemos total assistência. Passei o Natal com a minha família e foi maravilhoso. Super recomendo!!!
