About this house rental
Arouca site for season, located in the city of Jarinu, region considered as the second best climate of the state of São Paulo. The Site is only 74 km from São Paulo, 20 km from Jundiaí and 25 km from Atibaia. It is open for leisure rentals for families on weekends, holidays, holidays and for small celebrations.
Beautiful villa with approximately 400 m2, with privileged panoramic view of native reserve, where it is possible to comfortably accommodate up to 22 people, with a limit of 30 people. In the property will have available:
* 4 bedrooms, one bedroom (1) master suite for double, bathroom with hydromassage and two-person shower with King size bed, TV and ceiling fan, bedroom (2) two bunk beds and ceiling fan, bedroom (3) two bunk beds and a bunk bed, ceiling fan and social bathroom with solar heating box in showers and taps; (4) four bunk beds, two single beds, toilet, ceiling fan
* Equipped kitchen and internal laundry;
*Dining room;
* Social room of approximately 100 m2, consisting of bar, 4-seater sofa, two armchairs, fireplace, pool table, and card table;
* TV room with 40 inch TV, 5 seater sofa, another 3 seater sofa and a children's walk;
* Balcony of approximately 50 m2 with barbecue area, wood burning stove and sink, two beer-type refrigerators, table for 15 people, place for two hammocks, foosball table, official ping pong table.
* Outdoor area of approximately 20. 000 m2 with lawn football field;
* Two external bathrooms / changing rooms with male and female shower;

Local perfeito, limpo, bem cuidado, todo equipado, altamente recomendável. Costumo viajar muito alugando locais e esse foi o melhor deles todos por oferecer muito espaço tanto na casa como na área externa. Muito fácil o acesso, com pequeno trecho de rua de terra. Pretendemos com certeza alugar novamente.

Simplesmente o melhor sitio que já alugamos, imóvel super limpo, aconchegante e super bem localizado, com uma vista deslumbrante.
O dono do imóvel é extremamente atencioso, comprou até diversos itens para deixar nossa estadia ainda melhor (como uma caixa de som, panelas novas, etc...). Os caseiros também foram excelentes sempre à disposição para nos ajudar.
Antes de irmos embora já havíamos decidido voltar lá, pois é deslumbrante!!!
