"ENCINAR DE COBO" is an old Andalusian farmhouse rehabilitated, is fully conditioned and equipped with all the necessary services to be inhabited as rural accommodation, making your stay as pleasant as possible.
This farmhouse offers the traveler the possibility of staying and enjoying a unique enclave, located at an average height from where the riverside of the Víboras and La Virgen rivers can be seen that flow into the Viper swamp at the foot of the Casillas de Martos and the annex of La Carrasca, and in the background the Castle of the Vipers.
Excellent road communication, the entire route is paved, located 15 km from the motorway in the direction of Martos, 5 km to Fuensanta de Martos, 36 km to Jaén, 90 km to Ubeda and Baeza, 100 km to Granada, and 160 to Malaga .
There is coverage for the mobile. Gather all the ingredients to comfortably spend a weekend or long stays in the company of family, friends, etc.

Hemos tenido una experiencia inmejorable. La casa tiene de todo, esta preparada para invierno y verano, barbacoa exterior, plancha electrica grande, chimenea...la decoración es muy bonita rustica, bien cuidado todo. Ademas el entorno es precioso, tiene sitio para aparcar en el interior y un parque infantil. El dueño esta muy atento e incluso deja informacion de interes sobre la zona. No falta de nada. Recomendable 100%

Dejo mi opinión aquí conforme se lo prometí a José María y lo hago encantado porque la estancia en esta casa rural ha sido estupenda por muchos motivos: Limpieza, trato, equipamiento, etc.... Lo hemos pasado estupendamente tanto adultos como niños. Es una de las mejores casas rurales en las que hemos estado y llevamos unas cuantas. Enhorabuena por todo lo ofrecido y sinceramente si puedo repito y si es en verano mejor.

Hemos estado un fin de semana en familia celebrando el cumpleaños de nuestra madre, es la primera vez que vamos y sin duda alguna volveremos a repetir. José María ha sido un anfitrión sensacional, la casa estaba más limpia que cualquier hotel de cuatro estrellas, no le faltaba de nada, muy acogedora y las camas muy cómodas. He recorrido varias veces la casa para observar todos los detalles de la decoración, tiene muchos rincones para disfrutar. El entorno es muy bonito y está todo muy bien cuidado y muy seguro. Los pequeños de la casa han disfrutado muchísimo con el parque, haciendo senderismo... Lo hemos pasado fenomenal a pesar del mal tiempo. Estoy deseando volver este verano, bueno, si queda algún fin de semana libre,jeje.

Es la segunda vez que visito junto con mis amigos la casa Rural el Encinar de Cobo y espero volver en breve, como siempre el trato del dueño ha sido inmejorable y la casa genial, acogedora, limpia, muy confortable, no le falta ningún detalle especialmente su horno de leña en el cual hicimos pizzas, roscas y dos impresionantes cochinillos al estilo segoviano. Se la recomiento a todo el mundo. Mejor imposible.
