Located on the outskirts of Rethymno, in the traditional village of Agios Konstantinos, Villa Lambros is nestled within nature and surrounded by vibrant, lush gardens. Offering a perfect balance of comfort and convenience, this 130 m2 villa features four bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The villa is close to the village centre of Agios Konstantinos, where you can find shops, cafes and traditional taverns.
Layout
Stepping into the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room features two sofas and a Smart TV, while the kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a dining table comfortably seating up to six guests.
The ground floor also features a bedroom with two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) joined together, a Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C, and a spacious closet. The ground floor also features a full bathroom with a stand-up shower.
First Floor
Ascending to the first floor, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each feature a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and one bedroom features two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m). The first floor also features a full bathroom with a bathtub.
Outdoor Area:
The outdoor area of the villa features a lovely, planted garden with vibrant and lush flowers and trees. More specifically, the outdoor area includes:
-A 30 m2 private swimming pool with sun beds, poof loungers and umbrellas. The swimming pool is partly separated into a shallow area for children.
-A charcoal barbecue and dining area next to it to enjoy an open-air meal.
-Parking is available for four cars.
*Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lambros in August 2025.Firstly the weather was superb!Sure the villa is a bit out in the sticks, but its an easy enough drive of 20mins to Rethymno. There is a Lidl on the way in for shopping, also a mini market 400m up the road from the villa which is also well stocked and reasonably priced.The villa is wonderful, spacious and clean, gardens and pool area beautiful, BBQ and outside eating areas are fantastic alsoThe concierge service was exceptional, communication was great. We had a medical problem whilst there and they helped us sort it out in the middle of the night, can't speak highly enough of them.The area of Rethymno is lovely especially the old town and the beach areas, lots of things to do outside of the villa, especially recommend Rethymno, Episkopi and Lake Kournas.Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

Villa was perfect. Lovely surroundings, beautiful garden and house.The owner was really good at communicating with us. Changing of linen, house cleaning and pool cleaning were great bonus’s throughout the stay. The location is great for visiting the Northern coast (15mins) and the Southern coast (45mins). We had 2.5 year old, 11year old, 14year old as well as four adults including grandparents and villa catered for all. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again if came to the same area.Thank you for a brilliant holiday!

A fabulous villa which is so comfortable and offering plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were made to feel very welcome. We loved it all!

We had a fabulous holiday at Villa Lambros. The house itself is beautiful, really well equipped, very clean. It’s about 20 mins drive from the coast road, easy to get into Rethymno and an exciting drive over the hills to Plakias. There is a little shop in the village 1km away and a handful of excellent tavernas within 30 mins drive for great food. The property is managed by Etouri who were really helpful. They answered my queries promptly and offered lots of advice. We would recommend this property and will certainly be keen to stay in ab Etouri property again.
