About this chalet rental
This mountain chalet is 0.2miles to village center. It was updated from new metal roof to state of art carpet. Freshly painted all rooms, cedar plank vault ceiling with 2 ceiling lights. New 4 bathrooms and family / activity room plus wine bar. You first enter into muddy room with ski racks for your ski fun. Front patio and side deck offer you awesome mountain view while new gas grill and 2 people hammock are ready for your enjoyment . Fireplace and wood stove make you forget about time. 2 new HD LCD TVs connect you around the world and latest movies from Netflix Stream. Young kids are welcome in this property as 1 crib is available on site with many toys/games/Wii/air hockey table in house. The house is 0.2 mile away from Stratton ski base and village, 500 feet away from Stratton sports center and free shuttle bus runs every 5 mins since 7am to 11pm daily in seasons. There are so many family friendly activities to do and sightseeing to explore all year long. Snow fun in the winter, biking/hiking/rafting/tennis/golfing/yoga/in door tennis court and heated pool/all age camps in the warmer season(day pass purchase needed for guests), astonishing foliage sightseeing in the fall! This is the best deal in premier Stratton mountain resort!

We had a very nice stay. The house had plenty of room for our family including the living, dining, and sleeping areas. The location was great.

Plenty of space for 6 adults and 6 teens to socialize and relax. The shuttle to the mountain/village is just a few steps from the property.

Nice location and generally and good clean house. Beds were good and everything worked. I gave the eval deductions because when we got there several things were broken like old chairs and one of the kitchen cabinet doors. We also arrived to a pile of trash likely from the previous renters but was removed the next morning. The kitchen has a lot of stuff and actually worked quite well but some of the pots and pans are just old and nasty and I couldn’t use them. PLENTY of plates and cups to go around for sure.
Overall its a nice place and has good room and spaces for 1-2 families. I thought that what you got for the cost was higher than my expectations. Some things like the kitchen and chairs should have been more dialed.
