About this house rental
Two private bedrooms, with private bathrooms, king size beds and flat screen tv's. Living room has a 60" flat screen smart tv with HD digital cable and blue ray player. Sit on the huge front porch, in the rocking chairs and enjoy the giant oak trees or sit on the even larger, uncovered, back patio and enjoy the sun in your own private back yard. The owners live right next door, so any issues that may arise, they can take care of. Full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, blender, microwave, Kuerig, exterior gas grill and standard coffee pot. A washer and dryer are also present for longer stays. For those needing to work during their stay, we have fast, reliable internet and an office area, off of the living room area. The middle bedroom tv has access to our outdoor 8 camera 24hr recorded surveillance system on HDMI 2 for your convenience.

Our family had a nice stay for a birthday celebration. The house is located conveniently to the downtown shops and dining. It was well worth the value. Would definitely stay again.

The house size was great. It is about a 15 minute walk to the main area of Thomasville.
We would have appreciated a little more attention to detail inside the property regarding cleaning and some home touches. There was hair in the toilet and shower and the living area and kitchen smelled like someone had been smoking inside. We struggled with not having enough liquid soap as well as only enough shampoo and body was for 1 person/1 shower, so we had to buy our own. No coffee pods or welcome note and we had to put the sofa cushions back on the sofa as they had been removed. Just felt a little unwelcoming compared with what is expected with renting this type of property.
