From October 2025, the Parador hotel plans to initiate a renovation project that will extend over two years. This work will involve a significant structural renovation of the hotel and could cause noise disturbances in the surrounding areas.
Near the Parador hotel is located Tuhillo, on the West side of Burriana beach. It is at the end of the famous Carabeo street and the closest beach is just next to the building, which is accessed by stairs (No lift available). This apartment is on the third floor and has three bedrooms. At the entrance level, it has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room and a kitchen equipped with a washing machine. The living room has a covered terrace closed with sliding doors. It is oriented towards the South and has magnificent views of the sea and the swimming pool. From the living room, a spiral staircase leads up to a small private terrace with incredible views. The apartment has access to the beautiful communal garden and swimming pool, located next to the cliff from where the beach can be seen. The property has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. It has free WiFi

The views from the apartment were out of this world, which made up for the average condition of the apartment. The apartment is very dated and tired, compared to other apartments in the complex. If updated would be spectacular. We made the best of it. The agents were great and arranged our transfers and were very accomodating as we had a late flight home.
Towels and beds were dated
Blinds in the rooms were not working
Holes in walls
Toilet roll holder loose
Sink in the bathroom was not draining correctly

Number 1 has to be the view. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Fantastic location in Nerja. Support service during our trip was excellent.
I dont think there is anything Canovas could improve on this location. The only thing I would warn people is the stairs and no lift. If you have elderly people or buggies. But once you are up its all worth while.
