On the first floor, you’ll find two king bedrooms, including a private suite and a shared-bathroom option, offering comfort and convenience for those who prefer ground-level living. Upstairs, six additional bedrooms provide ample space for everyone, including three queen rooms and three fun twin rooms with whimsical décor inspired by Nemo, Mickey, and Princess themes.

I contacted manager prior to our stay to inquire about the poor Feb21 review because I did not want that to be my experience. He assured me that everything was addressed. He lied. The place is falling apart. It’s a great house, just VERY poorly maintained. Multiple door knobs were falling off, holes in doors, door handle to sliding door was completely broken. All the dining room chairs are wobbly, one of the beds were broken (we actually fixed it). The upstairs AC was frozen and leaking all over the carpet. We couldn’t use it for 3 days and had to call every day and finally on the 3rd day after I sent pictures of the frozen pipes outside they sent someone to fix it. The carpet was wet for the duration of our stay. They don’t want to hear your complaints, they literally do not care. Check in was terrible, we had no idea how to get in the gate, they only sent the house code. You have to go across the street to the guard shack and get your pass. Also, they didn’t tell us every driver needed to be listed on the reservation or they wouldn’t issue a pass. The communication was terrible. The neighborhood is a party neighborhood! It looks like some houses were rented specifically for house parties.
