No refunds if the pool does not reach the desired temperature due to cold weather
Grill Information
Some homes may be pictured with a gas or built-in BBQ grill
Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill and replenishing propane if used
A $50 cleaning fee applies if grills are left unclean
Propane exchange tanks are readily available locally
If a grill is locked, it is not available for guest use
Grill rentals can be arranged upon request

Overall, nothing bad to say. This property was as advertised & my family would definitely stay here again. This home is far enough to be out of the traffic, but still close enough to get to anything.

The place was exactly what we asked for. The amenities were amazing, with the stay at the house and the oais club 😁 the host were excellent with prompt responses. I had lots of questions before the trip and they were awesome at explaining everything. We had 24 people in the home and it did not feel crowded.. so much room. No complaints at all from any of us. I strongly recommend this place❤️
