In the midst of idyllic nature, in a hilly environment and absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Parco Naturale dell'Arcipelago Toscano, lies the holiday house Casa La Capraia in the holiday resort Zanca and offers space for up to 6 people. The cosy little house, an old farmhouse from the year 1600, consists of a living-dining area with fireplace and 2 sofa beds (for one person each), a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also WLAN, cable TV, heating and a baby cot. A parking space is available on the property. The highlight is the shared Mediterranean garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, which offers a fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. The next beach in a picturesque, small bay can be reached on a footpath through the nature park in 15 minutes. A small supermarket is only a 2-minute walk away, restaurants and bars can be found in the neighboring village of Sant' Andrea, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Schönes kleines Haus mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Zanca sehr genossen. Schön wäre es allerdings gewesen wenn aus dem Inserat ersichtlich wäre, dass das Objekt aus einem größeren und einen kleineren Komplex besteht, die jeweils separat vermietet werden können. Zwar sind die Außenplätze relativ gut getrennt, jedoch handelt es sich nicht um ein völlig allein stehendes Haus, sondern der Garten muss geteilt werden. Die Küche ist kleiner als sie auf den Fotos erscheint. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte noch etwas verbessert werden. Insgesamt jedoch zu empfehlen.

Das Inserat sieht vielversprechender aus wie die Wirklichkeit ist.
Und viele Sachen sind abgewohnt.
Würde es kein zweites Mal buchen.
