Apto muito bem localizado. Varanda ótima! Condomínio com mercado e spa.
Travesseiros muito usados, alguns manchados, panos de prato encardidos, tapete de banheiro tb muito usados, alguns móveis já precisando de manutenção, panelas descascadas no revestimento.
