Positive Review Including Sue and Alex
Title: Excellent hotel with professional and caring front desk service
I had a very positive experience at New Bedford Harbor Hotel. The hotel has a clean, comfortable, and professional atmosphere, and the downtown location is very convenient. The property felt well maintained, the room was comfortable, and the overall experience felt organized and welcoming.
I especially want to recognize Sue and Alex at the front desk. Both of them were professional, helpful, and accommodating during my stay. They made sure I was comfortable, answered my questions, and helped make the stay feel smooth and well handled.
Sue and Alex especially showed a level of care and attention that really stood out. They both contacted me because they thought I may have left some important items behind in my room, and she took the time to call my cell phone to make sure the items were not mine or to help return them if they were. That kind of honesty, attention to detail, and follow-through says a lot about there character and about the culture of the hotel.
Overall, New Bedford Harbor Hotel was a very good stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located, but the staff made the experience stand out. Sue and Alex both deserve recognition for their professionalism, helpfulness, and the way they treat guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in New Bedford.

The hotel had a clean, polished, and professional feel from the moment I arrived. The downtown location on Union Street was very convenient, the room was comfortable, and the property felt well maintained. The front desk staff were also excellent helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout my stay. They made the check-in process smooth and created a very positive impression of the hotel.
