Pretty much everything was very well. Booked a few days before for an excellent price, fantastic location, and relatively peaceful surroundings being close to the city center. The owner made us pancakes (varškėčiai) to make up for the lack of kitchen amenities :))
Wifi was shaky in one of two rooms (due to router placement), no kitchen, and a limited way to prepare food (it had dishes, kettle, and microwave, but no option to cook ourselves). But all in all, still a great choice for the money.

Rooms are realy good and place is peasful, no cars.
It is almost impossible to regulate water teperature. Wifi works only in specific way and places.
