Lokacija je dobra, blizu centra. Udoban, prostran, čist, lepo, moderno i s ukusom i opremljen studio. Prijatan doček i ispraćaj. Gostoljubivi i predusretljivi domaćini. Parking u dvoruštu prava blagodet.
Kosi krov ograničava kretanje. Penjanje do apartmana spiralnim stepenicama je malo nezgodno. Terasa je jedan nivo niže od smeštaja.
