CDM 303 - Sandy Seashore Solace

Property was clean, well maintained, and located across from the beach. Restaurants were nearby. Excellent stay!

Fans are needed in the bathroom to reduce dampness during showers. Showers need to have nonslip mats. Balcony door should be replaced or repaired to ease opening.

Absolutely stunning. My new favorite place to stay!

The convention center being so close!

The quietness considering how close it was to the major roads, the closeness to everything we wanted to do or needed. It was clean and the owners were very responsive when anything arose.

The location & view is excellent, right on the sea wall & near many of our favorite restaurants. It is also a short drive to many points of interest. Not sure why there was a breakfast inquiry. It was not included but we were very near many breakfast restaurants. Comfortable furniture, of good quality & looking new, which we have found to be unusual in most rentals, appliances, etc are excellent! Host provided very nice quality bed & bath linens, kitchen supplies, etc. Two styles of coffee makers were supplied, as well as a beverage supply drawer, which we appreciated, & extras, games, shower supply dispensers, clothes baskets, etc. Parking was easy & adequate. Beach towels are included which, again, we have found to be unusual in rentals. Having a dining table is important to us, as we play cards every night. Next time, I will inquire as to whether the host offers a larger property.

Maintenance had to be called for a few problems. They arrived promptly and were very pleasant. It would've been nice to have had maintenance issues taken care of before we arrived. Also, worth noting, the bedroom has an excellent queen bed but the room is so small that the person in back has to climb out. Still, I can only give it a very good recommendation overall.
