Spacious cottage located steps from the Seaside Beach and Boardwalk on one of the best blocks in Seaside Heights. This house is 1 of 2 houses on the property. Featuring a front deck where you can sit and relax or dine outside & a backyard with a picnic table as well . Three bedrooms, (1 queen bed & two full bed). New bathroom. Central Air, granite countertops fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher, Keurig coffee pot, blender. Washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans , (2) flat screen TV's, (NEW UPGRADED WIFI & CABLE), hair dryer, on street parking with 1 parking pass included with rental, (parking pass allows you to park at MOST meters for FREE!, . Gas grill (Propane included). BEACH PASSES are also included in the price. Linens and towels are NOT included, but can be supplied for a cost of $75 or you can bring your own. Pillows, blankets/comforters are provided. NO... PROMS OR PARTIES. THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25

Close to the beach so able to go back and forth to house with babies- near the end of boardwalk so quiet- everything is walking distance- clean cottage - our 3rd year -really enjoyed our stay

My family had a great visit to seaside, this location was perfect for my family of 4! It was in the perfect location walking distance from the beach and boardwalk and into town.

Absolutely loved my week stay- very clean cottage- perfect for my family that came for a few days- great location - close to the beach and the end of the boardwalk- will def return next summer!!
