About this apartment rental
Literally steps to the beach and boardwalk. Right next to the "Jersey Shore House" & other attractions. This unit (unit #3) is beautifully renovated and is now available.

No need to stress about packing extras on vacation. All bed and bath essentials are included with fully equipped kitchen.

Roku Smart TV with Hulu + Live TV (HBO, Sports, Stars & Showtime) included. You can also sign in with your Netflix or Amazon Prime account.

A private porch is available for your enjoyment.

Outdoor security camera with electronic key-less smart lock for easy access.

You will have full access to the entire apartment with one parking space on premises (No aggravation on where to find parking during peak season) .
Additional parking is available at near by parking lots. Street meter parking is also available nearby.
The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting. A new code will be generated for every new guest check-in.

If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there are other units on this property or nearby that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more info.
All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.
Please note that if any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to leave without refund.
We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels for beach use.
We do not have dishwasher in the unit. However, plates, bowls, mugs and utensils will be washed and sanitized prior to new guests arrival. Guests are required to wash their own dishes during their stay.

This place was everything that my family needed for a stay in Seaside Heights. You’re steps from the Boardwalk and an entrance to the ocean. You save money on parking and on beach passes too! Once you’re done with the beach, there’s an outdoor shower and picnic area which is perfect for cleaning up before going inside and also amazing for outdoor meals. This home makes going to the beach with kids a breeze and cuts the hassle tremendously. The beds are comfy. Climate control works phenomenally. It’s also a plus that it comes with complimentary snacks, coffee, and shower products in case you forgot something. Check in is simple too. We had everything we needed all week long, and I know we’d have had no trouble if there was anything we lacked. The hosts were kind enough to check in and communicative. 1000% recommend.

Absolutely perfect location!! just a few steps from the boardwalk, super clean, and the property managers were super helpful and amazing!!! will come back for sure!!

Perfect spot for three middle aged women that needed a break from the norm. Perfect location. Clean space. All the amenities we needed were right there. Great parking. Would definitely recommend and plan on booking again
