Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! The location and view and wonderful - right on the golf course with a view of the mountains in the background. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything you could ever imagine needing or wanting. For example, there was a regular coffee maker, a Keurig, and a French press. There were also plenty of pots, pans, etc., and all were in very good shape. We had a ton of fun playing pool upstairs in the evenings and the outdoor pool, pickleball courts, and hot tub were only a few steps away. The ice machine in the fridge wasn't working, but we were able to pick up two bags of ice for free at the snack bar. Our only complaint was that the pool was still pretty cold. We were here in December and feel like it was warmer then. It was too cold to swim in, so I would recommend they increase the temp.

We plan a VRBO trip once or twice a year with 3 couples to explore different parts of our beautiful country. This is the first time we’ve rented a condo as we typically try to find a house where we have some space. This home gave us that privacy and more. We had plenty of space inside with the spacious downstairs, the loft area with pool table. The rear of the unit faces the golf course so it felt like we had our own huge backyard and the upstairs balcony gave us the open view of the pool area where we could relax by the fire pit at sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the small appliances we could imagine, regular and Pod coffee pots, toaster, instapot, crockpot. We had so much fun figuring out how to play pickle ball on the courts right across the street (they do have paddles/balls) We would not recommend the Fish Rock Grille, really overpriced for sub par quality. We try to go to a new location every trip but this is one we will return to again. Thanks for so many great memories created

Reviewer Comments: Our 4 day stay was wonderful. We picked this location as we were going to Bryce & Zion Parks but had to fly out of Las Vegas, so it was central to all 3 locations. Walmart was close for picking up essential items. More than enough paper products, toiletries, spices & kitchen items. The back patio which overlooks the golf course was ideal to relax & enjoy our meals. Our 3 young adult children loved the pool table! The only things that I could see as a negative was the fact that the pool across the street was undergoing maintenance (but there was another pool elsewhere) & that the entire time we were there I only saw 1 person! Neither affected us, as we weren't going to use the pool & didn't mind the quiet!!

We loved our stay. My family really wanted a place with a pool table and we enjoyed playing everyday. We liked the location and was able to keep an eye on the pickle ball counts to see when they were open so they could play. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely look to stay here again.

My group was a ladies' getaway. The home is nicely decorated, clean, and well-stocked. There are plenty of bathrooms and beds; everyone said the beds were comfortable. A particular high mark is that all the beds are kings and queens, so no one had to sleep in a bunk bed. This is a nice feature since my group is all adults and quite often when we stay at a rental home, one or two of us are always stuck in a bunkbed. The home also has plenty of comfortable seating, both inside and outside. The pool is located just across the street from the home, less than a minute's walk. The only issue we had was the fire pit. We couldn’t get it started, but we figure the propane tank was empty. There was a spare tank in the garage, but since my group consisted of women in their 40’s and 50’s, none of us wanted to carry it up. We all really enjoyed our stay; it was very relaxing. I highly recommend this home and I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Look no further if you are intrigued by the pictures and reviews -- it's better than the pictures. This VRBO has everything you need for cooking, gathering, FUN, comfort and relaxation. The proximity to the pool and pickle ball courts is optimal, but the noise from facilities even when at full capacity does not distract from the tranquility of this rental. Personally, the management of this VRBO is among the BEST I have ever experienced. Sometimes VRBO hosts can be impersonal or not timely in response, but the LEDGES management company is STELLAR. The only downside was some spotting on the main living room carpets, but it didn't distract from the beauty and cleanliness of the overall unit. A BONUS that the pictures don't describe --> the leather couch is a series of connected recliners which was a BIG HIT with our family. And this location is perfect for a quick trip to Snow Canyon and a few hours of family hiking. Oh, and if you're a runner, walker or biker there is a trail along the HWY that goes for miles and miles and miles. It's awesome! Rent this unit. You won't regret it. We will definitely rent at LEDGES again and will try to book this unit IF it's available. Thanks LEDGES staff. You're awesome.

What a fantastic getaway from the cold weather for a few days. The house was perfect. We had everything we needed. Every space is well thought out and so comfortable. The outdoor sitting area (on the upstairs veranda) was wonderful, and there was a great view of the golf course and the mountains beyond from the table on the ground level out back. The kids loved the pool, which was just across the street. There was almost no traffic so the kids could ride their scooters and skateboards. Oh, and the pool table was a big hit. Impossibly comfortable beds and very quiet at night. We absolutely loved this place and will be back again soon!
