Our home is a couple of blocks from Congress Park in Saratoga Springs, only a 10 minute walk to Broadway and 4 minute walk to the iconic Saratoga Race Track. The space is newly remodeled and full of amenities, including 9 foot ceilings, open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, granite and butcher block countertops, Italian tile and hardwood throughout, walk-in Master closet, tub, sunroom, Washer/Dryer in unit, wall mounted 50" flat screen TV, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. There is also off-street, private parking, a patio with grill and quiet backyard.
SPECIFICS:
Great room: with 9-foot ceilings, butcher block bar with 3 stools, dining table for 4 to 6 people (extra chairs in bedrooms to accommodate more dinner guests), high-end Shafer Bros. wing-back arm chair and wall mounted 55" TV, kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, new cabinets.
Bedrooms both have queen beds, closets and dresser. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet.
Bathroom has a tub, Italian tiles and his/hers sink bowls.
Classic, original bannisters in front entrance. One flight of normal-sized stairs.
Newly insulated, offering even more noise protection (though our street is already extremely quiet).
Parking: Private, off-street parking available behind house, plenty of on-street parking too.
Extra Storage: negotiable
Patio: Patio furniture, table, umbrella for 6 people, BBQ grill (shared with first floor tenants)

I would definitely recommend this very comfortable, stylishly furnished unit in a quiet neighborhood. The 2 beds have comfortable mattresses, there’s plenty of closet space. The kitchen was supplied with coffee, basic spices, EVO, and balsamic, bathroom had soap and shampoo. There was milk, eggs, butter, and even beer left in the fridge. (Nice not to have to buy paper towels, salt & pepper as in another unit we stayed at). It’s a 5 min walk to the track, 15 min walk to the center of town. The owner was very responsive. The only downfall was a TV/internet issue, the owner is addressing this. We would certainly stay here again if we are in the area.
