This gorgeously restored first floor 2bed/ 1bath, 1300ft² apartment is overflowing with totally renovated historic character and charm featuring high end finishes throughout such as exposed brick (decorative/ornamental) fireplace with reclaimed wood mantel, vaulted ceilings, all new restorative style lighting, restored door hardware for historic charm and refinished hardwood floors throughout the entire residence. A convenient few steps from the parking lot will find you right at the side private kitchen entrance to this Saratoga Stay by Green Springs. We have carefully outfitted the space with all of the accommodations you’ll want or need for relaxing, cooking, dining, sleeping, bathing, web surfing, conversing or even working. Positioned in the heart of downtown, walkable to downtown or the Saratoga Race Course, this location, easily accessible to the best Saratoga has to offer, can’t be beat.

BEDROOMS:
For sleeping there are 2 bedrooms each outfitted with a Queen bed as well as a bonus full size pullout couch in the living room to sleep two more. Extra pillows and blankets provided to suit comfort preferences.

KITCHEN/ DINING:
For meal time there is a dining table, chairs & place settings for all, plentiful bakeware and cookware as well as an outdoor grill for a wide variety of culinary prep wants and needs.

BATHROOM:
For bathing there is a beautiful newly renovated full tub/shower bath stocked with beauty care basics and plentiful bath linens.

LAUNDRY:
Property shared coin laundry room available for use during your stay.

RELAXATION:
For indoor relaxation you’ll find board games along with Smart TVs powered by free high speed internet, complete with basic cable loaded with streaming services apps ready for personal login access.

OUTDOORS:
For outdoor enjoyment there is a furnished screened in porch perfect for fresh air morning coffee and conversation or an evening elevated by classy string lights for cozy wind-down ambience… always bug free! Guest Access:
This is a multi unit property. Other occupants enter from a common front door into their private apartments. You have a private secure smart lock entry from the driveway side that leads into this first floor unit’s kitchen. The entire unit is yours and in no way accessible to any other building occupants.

The Neighborhood:
This property is ideally positioned between a quiet neighborhood on the backside and the invigorating bustle of Saratoga from the front. Mere blocks of easy walking to either Saratoga’s race course or downtown Broadway’s shopping, dining, parks and nightlife.

Given the downtown location there is potential for related audible noise. Complimentary earplugs available to accommodate guest preference.
