Location was perfect! Close both to the city centre and the central bus station. There are several supermarkets including the big one as well.
The apartment has everything you need for your holiday, actually I can say everything for your daily life!
Well equipped kitchen, tv with streaming service, comfortable bed, great shower.

Apartment Havana in Zadar exceeded all expectations and proved to be a high-quality accommodation that combines the comfort of home with the functionality of a modern apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccably organized — the host welcomed us with clear instructions, and helpful local recommendations, and communication was fast and professional. The space is exceptionally clean, with carefully arranged details that show attention has been paid to every corner. The beds are comfortable, the mattress is of high quality, and the bedding is fresh and pleasantly scented. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped — it includes a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, and enough dishes for meal preparation. The internet connection is stable and fast, the air conditioning works quietly and efficiently, and the smart TV with access to streaming services provided relaxing evenings without the need for additional devices. The location is functionally ideal — a quiet street behind the building where we found parking, and all essential spots like a grocery store just a few meters from the entrance, a bakery, a bus stop across the street, and beaches all within walking distance. The hosts are discreet yet always available, with a clearly expressed sense of hospitality. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and additional information was provided in printed form inside the apartment. Apartment Havana is not just a place to sleep — it’s a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and truly welcome. I recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, functional, and pleasant accommodation in Zadar, without compromise.
