駅や店が近くて便利ですし、広い部屋でゆっくりできました。Wi-Fiがあって良かったです。

鍵の受取り、返却。単身では充分な間取り 立地条件も◎ ベッドもフッカフカ
建物の構造上仕方ないが、酩酊状態での 階段で五階はキツかった(^◇^;)

安さと独立性。アパートメントタイプだったのでグループでゆっくり過ごせました。 コンビニ、繁華街が近い！
もう少し、綺麗だといいなぁと思いましたが、値段からいうと仕方ないのかもしれません。 機会があればまた利用したいと思っています。

家族5人で2万少しで、本当に街中で近くに食べ物屋沢山なのは良かったです。実家からの長距離帰宅の合間の宿泊でしたので、観光とかではなく、広い所でゆっくり寝れる事が目的でしたので悪くはなかったかな…
他の書き込みにもありますが、不衛生な点。お風呂カビだらけ、浴槽ヌルヌル。床も埃っぽい、ベランダは何だか色々いっぱい置いていて開けませんが、そもそも壊れてめ鍵が閉まらない。防犯的にどうかなと思いますがベランダが人が来れる雰囲気ではないのと、本当にメイン路地なので泥棒が来れる雰囲気ではないけど、何か不安はありました…。昭和の団地的部屋を自分で頑張ってリノベした感じです。悪くはないですが、テレビがなかった為、子どもがブーブー言ってたのでテレビ欲しいかな。不衛生だけど、クイックルワイパーの元はあったので持っていたアルコールのやつで掃除できました！数日滞在するならば、安いし、広いし、すぐ近くにマツキヨあるので、泡ハイターとか掃除グッズ買って風呂掃除したり自分達で出来るなら問題ないかも。ダイニングテーブルゾーンとベットゾーンを仕切るスクリーンがない為、エアコンの効きがどうかなと思うので、スクリーンの位置変えたほうが良さそうです。って意見です。
