The location and the view from the window of the 39th floor is just amazing, the city lights at night are so good you don't need to scale Baiterek, you're way higher than that! The apartment is very comfortable and the bathroom is clean, spacious and the overall decor is very appealing. There's even a mall right across so you have everything you need. Really recommend this place compared to the overpriced hotels around which are not even close in terms of comfort.

Not a huge callout but would have appreciated a bit more proactiveness on how to enter the apartment and how to pay. We spent a bit of time going through those over whatsapp which could have been avoided :)

The apartment is excellently located—very close to Bayterek Tower, adjacent to Keruen Mall, and within walking distance of Nur Astana Mosque and several other points of interest. Situated on the 39th floor, it offers a breathtaking view stretching from Bayterek Tower to the Presidential Palace. The unit itself is modern and in excellent condition. A variety of convenience stores, cafés, and other shops are available on the ground floor of the building, and restaurants are easily found throughout the area. The host provided clear and helpful instructions for reaching the property. The only minor drawback was the bed, which was unusually high—I had to use a chair to climb onto it.

We enjoyed our stay in this property as it has excellent location and views. The host explained clearly hot to get to this property. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The view from 39th floor was amazing. Everything was nearby including the big mall , supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. Thank you ! We will definitely choose this place in the future.

We liked everything
