We stayed in this apartment located in a relatively new residential complex with cafés and a grocery store nearby, which was convenient.

Our overall experience was disappointing due to poor management and inconsistent communication from the host. The listing mentioned a baby cot, but after booking we were first asked to pay an additional fee equivalent to the price of a new cot, and later informed that no cot would be provided at all. The situation with early check-in was also confusing: we were quoted one price, then told the price had changed, and eventually charged the original amount. The check-in instructions contained incorrect information, so we had to contact the host multiple times via WhatsApp. Internet did not work on the first day, which was inconvenient. Additionally, despite our request to avoid late visits, someone (a total stranger) arrived at 10 PM to collect payment by card, knocked the door and woke us up. The apartment looks attractive in photos, but in reality the quality is lower than expected. There was a hole in the mattress. The bedding is made of synthetic materials and causes static, the linoleum is poorly installed, and there is even a power socket placed directly above the bathtub opposite the showerhead, which raises safety concerns. Sound insulation is extremely poor—we could hear every step from the upstairs neighbors.
