It is pet friendly inside and out with a mesh-wire and rail fenced backyard and a gated upper deck. The extra large kitchen and is fully equipped with all new appliances and cook-ware and comfortably accommodates multiple cooks.

Hurricane Helene
The house was not damaged by hurricane Helene however the stairs to the river are currently not usable. Repairs are estimated to be completed by Spring 2025.
Surrounding towns of Chimney Rock and parts of Lake Lure are currently not accessible. Please inquire about the status of any specific attractions of interest.

COVID-19 Cleaning
Note that the house is extensively cleaned and disinfected between rentals to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission. This includes fully airing out the house, disinfecting all high-touch surfaces with 70%+ alcohol sanitizer, spraying toilets and showers with bleach solution, using EPA approved disinfectants for countertops, using disposable paper towels and wipes in the cleaning process, using high-temperature wash for all linens and towels, as well as providing hand sanitizer, disposable paper towels and tissues and protective trash liners.
