About this chalet rental
1km from Luchon, in the heart of the small pastoral village of Montauban-de-Luchon, Barn of 76m2 renovated "spirit mountain" all in wood, with stay of 35m2 open on the chestnut centenary and the mountains of Superbagnères.
Two bedrooms, a bathroom, a private garden, very comfortable and charming for a great holiday in the mountains near ski resorts, the Spanish border and the most beautiful hikes of the Pyrenean massif.
A south facing garden with outdoor equipment (table, bench) and barbecue.
All wood and stone of the country
Stay very beautiful view very sunny, sofa bed (1m40) with free wifi, television, dvd player, radio, books, games.
Main heating: pellet stove.
American kitchen with central island full appliances: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, raclette, fondue, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, robot, orange press.
Two rooms of charm: beds of 1m40, equipped with tidying up with hangers, small offices, velux with blinds.
A bathroom: walk-in shower, double basins, a towel radiator and a hairdryer.
Independent WC with washbasin.
Entrance with storage space: washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, storage space available (for skis, bicycles ...)
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath, books and games.
Deposit required: 500 euros.
-Included in the price:
linen, bed linen, basic electricity consumption: 12KWh / day, a 15kg / day bag for the pellet stove.
-In addition to pay on the spot:
3 € 50 the bag of 15kg extra pellets.
Additional travelers: 20 € / night payable locally over 4 travelers. (Convertible sofa)

Quiet mountain village at the foot of the forest and the magnificent pastoral area of Herran. In height, very sunny with very beautiful sight on the mountain. Many hikes from the village (hiking, biking, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing).
From the village:
- 950m from the golf of Luchon
- 1.7km from the center of Luchon, gondola ski Superbagnères, Roman baths with natural sauna, swimming pool, comodities Luchon (shops, cinema, tennis, mini golf).
- 15km from the ski resort Peyragudes
- 9km from the Spanish border
- 40km from Baqueira-Beret ski resort
- 15km from the barns of Astau (departure for the lake of Oo, Espingo, Portillon)
- 12km from the Hospice de France (departure for many hikes)
- 20km from the Port of Balès

Le village de Montauban-de-Luchon est magnifique. La grange l’est tout autant. Elle est rénovée avec beaucoup de charme dans un esprit montagnard chic. C’est propre et plein de gentilles attentions ( peignoirs, chaussons, bouillotte.....) On s’y sent à l’aise comme dans un cocon. La literie est d’excellente qualité.L’accueil de Joëlle est très chaleureux et elle est de très bons conseils.
Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.
