Stay near the shore of Michigan’s gold coast in a community with great restaurants, shopping, parks and one of the top 10 fresh water beaches in the country.  In 2013, Grand Haven was given the title of safest mid-sized metro area in the U.S.  Portside Quarters gives you all that and more.  Located just a short walk from the Farmers Market, parks, beaches, downtown and right next to the Grand Haven Yacht Club and The Wharf Marina. This 1,750 square foot, three bedroom and 3.5 bath condo will provide you and your family all the amenities you are looking for.

The home is fully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a full size washer and dryer next to the bedrooms.  We will provide you with fresh towels (bath and beach), linens, and an assortment of kitchen staples.

BEDROOMS:
The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom.  
The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a shared full bathroom.   
The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a shared full bathroom.   
There is a full size sofa bed in the family room.


ENTERTAINMENT:
The family room television is a 65" Samsung with an AppleTv providing access to entertainment through Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube TV, etc. apps.
There are family oriented DVDs, 400+ digital movie library, and board games for your enjoyment.
Enjoy the four Apple HomePod with Apple Music providing access to 45 million songs.  
The master bedroom has a 55" Samsung television also with an AppleTv.
In short, all of bedrooms have televisions with AppleTV.

**Each of the bikes has an Apple AirTag to assist with recovery if the bikes are stolen or lost. We do not track your use of the bikes or your location. Your use of the bikes is with the understanding that the AirTag device is present and you will refrain from disabling or tampering with them.

SECURITY (VIDEO DEVICES):
There are video doorbells at the condo as well as a video garage door keypad. These are for security purposes only and intended to protect the property and the contents when unoccupied. There are no cameras inside the residential portion of the condo.

LOCATION:
You'll be able walk or ride a bike along the boardwalk the 1 mile to Lake Michigan without ever having to cross a street.

It's 3 short blocks (¼ mile) to downtown where you'll find....
