About this house rental
Relax in this custom home buillt new in 2019 with over 3,000 square feet of living space and attached garage. This home features in-floor heat, A/C is separately run in each room via wall units. There are no air ducts, flooring is all tile/laminate which keeps allergens lower.
On the main floor there is an attached garage with gas grill. There is an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Main floor has an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with walk-in low threshold shower. Kitchen has an island with seating, there are 3 dining tables in this space. In addition 2 leather couches and 65 inch TV. The front porch makes a great spot to drink your coffee in the morning. We have 2 other outdoor seating areas available, 2nd floor balcony and deck in the back.
The 2nd floor features a private master bedroom with large walk-in closet and en suite including double vanity, free-standing tub and separate shower. Master bedroom has private balcony. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs wtih walk-in closets. 2nd floor also features a full size laundry room with sink. 6th bedroom doubles as entertainment space and features a twin bed with trundle, sofa bed, table and private deck.
In the garage you will find some bikes, beach chairs, portable chairs, and bike wagons. You are welcome to use whatever you find. House is fully furnished and includes linens, towels, beach towels, soap, shampoo, pots/pans, coffee maker, coffee/tea, and condiments are provided.
We are located downtown and there are stores, restaurants, bars, wineries, a museum, art galleries within walking distance. During summer months Grand Haven boasts the world's largest musical fountain which is free to the public. There are many festivals and events going on throughout the year.
We are offering our new home on a limited basis, just a few weeks a year.
We generally do not allow pets but some may be considered with prior approval during the off-season October-April. We keep our house extremely clean and because there is no forced air or carpeting. Our furniture/bedding was purchased new in 2019. Make our home the place for your next vacation or family gathering!

Lovely spacious newer home with everything we needed for our family get-together. A very well supplied kitchen, bikes and beach things in the garage, and plenty of room to spread out. We loved it!

Our family group of ten (ages from 13 to 82) enjoyed our visit very much. The house is great…bright, spacious, modern, and comfortable. We also appreciated the location, close enough to bike or walk to downtown Grand Haven and easy access to Route 31. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bicycles and beach items stored in the garage were very useful.

This property was perfect for an extended family gathering. Vacation rentals are usually hit or miss on supplies, but this place had everything we needed, including BLACK OUT BLINDS!!! Soooo helpful with little kids (and grown ups, too). The kitchen was well stocked, the bikes were actually nice and rideable (there was even a kids trailer) and the beds were comfortable. There were toys for the kids, plenty of beach towels, more than enough paper and cleansing products for the week, and the street was nice and quiet but close to everything. We would not hesitate to rent here again!
