About this house rental
Welcome to Big Sky Barndominium! Whether you’re here for the famous Round Top Antique Show, Shakespeare at Winedale, a concert at Round Top Festival Hill, a destination wedding or to get away from it all, Big Sky Barndo is sure to please. Located less than 5 miles from the Round Top Square, Warrenton, Marburger Farms, and The Compound, we also can provide backroad directions to avoid 237 traffic during the height of the shows. Nestled on 35 acres between rolling hills and bales of hay, enjoy coffee on the porch in the morning watching the deer scurry by. The barndominium is new construction and was decorated by an Instagram-famous decorator, with modern touches, a fire pit and a full kitchen. It is locally owned and managed on-site by a Round Top resident of 25 years.
Round Top, now coined "The Hamptons of Texas,” is halfway between Houston and Austin. It is rich with culture, fine dining and made famous by the Round Top Antique Show. The antique show has grown to be the second-largest antique venue in the country, featuring everything from DIY to fine, European pieces. Big Sky Barndo is your ticket to it all. Don’t miss out!
A note on our refund policy: We will refund 100% at any time if Judge Joe Weber, the county judge for Fayette County, or any of the local elected officials close the antique shows. We realize this is the main draw to our area, and this is what happened last spring. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Yes, there were shops nearby. We loved the Big Sky Barndo!!! We will return. The view is incredible; we even saw turkeys in the yard. The barndo was fabulous, warm, inviting and enjoyable. We loved how it was decorated. Everyone had a fabulous time - when we were not shopping. We cannot wait to return. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

This house is wonderful and stocked better than any I have rented before. More lovely than the pictures for sure. I look forward to booking again.

Carol was wonderful! We hoped to play mahjong and she made sure we had a special table. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very close to Round Top shopping. Perfect visit!

This house was PERFECT!!!! Everything was clean and well stocked!! And may I also mention; so beautiful!!!! I will definitely stay again!P.S.- the house needs a wine opener so bring one if you need it.
