About this apartment rental
Beautiful holiday resort with a community pool of 12mx4m, only 150m from the beach and 2km from the city centre. Supermarket, bars and restaurants within 100m.
The terraced house has two floors. On the ground floor is the living and dining area with TV/SAT, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace leading to the pool. The separate kitchen has been recently renovated and features 4 hobs, fridge with freezer, oven, toaster and a filter coffee machine.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and two mattresses and the second with two single beds, both rooms with air conditioning. On the same floor is a bathroom with a shower and the washing machine as well as a terrace that leads to the garden zone.
The pool area has lawn, palm trees and a variety of other plants.
Private parking for one vehicle in front of the house.
Pets are not allowed throughout the holiday complex and in the house.
Heating costs (gas, oil or pellets) are not included. For long-term stays, neither electricity nor heating (gas, oil or pellets) nor WiFi nor bed linen nor towels are included. The price for the services is based on the conditions of the agency.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine etc. Carlosferien Frau Josefina war top.
Sie hat sich sofort gekümmert, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert hat. Besonders schön ist die überdachte Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum großzügigen Garten und zum Pool. Jederzeit wieder.
Keine Beanstandungen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

-Tipp-Top sauber
-sehr gepflegte Anlage und sehr ruhig (obwohl ca 37 Häuser)
-neue Einbauküche (klein aber alles da was man braucht)
-es sind wirklich nur 100m bis zum Strand
-zum reinfahren in die Anlage gibt es keine Fernbedienung nur Schlüssel
-WLAN Router war aus (2 tage kein Internet- für die Kinder ganz schlimm)
-Nummerncode für das Eingangstor wurde nicht mitgeteilt(muss man sich bei Nachbarn erfragen)

carlosferien hat schnell Abhilfe geschafft, als Mängel erkennbar wurden (Heizlüfter im Badezimmer defekt Gasflasche leer).
