About this house rental
Cosy house "El Paradiso". Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet position, 250 m from the sea, road to cross, located by a road, east facing position. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn 800 m2 trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue house, roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 700 m, café, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach 250 m. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Comfortable and rustic furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, cable TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the patio. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), bath/shower/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and fan. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Large terrace 35 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture. View of the swimming pool and the garden. We enjoyed our stay in Denia a lot. The house was large, the private pool really nice and the house is located very close to a nice beach. You can reach multiple restaurants in 5-10 minute walks or do a longer walk to Denia. This is not the last time we visited.Things to improve: Kitchen utensils are sparse (not enough glasses, plates, no good meat knifes, etc), the Internet is very slow and often doesn't work and the barbecue installation is old, rusty and falls apart.

we have just spent 10 days at El Paradiso and would gladly have spent another 10 years it was that good, the views from the terrace of the mountains are gorgeous, the pool is massive, and the gardens are well kept, there were two things that could be improved on if your British and have kids there is only one channel and that's bbc news, no DVD player so be prepared to entertain the kids, I would suggest taking or buying a couple of bath towels as the ones provided were not good quality.

obiekt bardzo ładny tylko zaniedbany , bardzo brudne ściany, firanki i brudne podłogi .lezaki byłe przypięte do ściany i dopiero po 2 dniach ktoś przyjechał je odpiąć.ogólnie doma bardzo ładny i ładny basen, okolica także.
