The bungalow is located on a nice mature property. The equipment is functional, in the kitchen is a cozy corner seat, which invites you to extensive breakfast. The new ceramic hob facilitates self-catering. The furniture is only four years old.
The forest is only 50 meters as the crow flies, two beaches can be reached in 5 or 10 minutes by foot. You can also go there by car. The larger beach is fantastically beautiful, surrounded by forest and very rarely crowded. Kiosk with small food and sanitary facilities.

Or you visit the dreamy old town (about 2.5 km) with pubs, cafes, bistros, restaurants for the most varied demands. There are cultural events throughout the year. In Bellin are two beaches with very reasonably priced snack bar and sanitary facilities. Leisure activities: large animal park, island Usedom (about 45 minutes); countless bike paths (landlord on site). Excursions by boat from Ü'de and Altwarp. Shopping: all food chains and specialty shops. In case of emergency: doctors and a new hospital on site.

Für unsere Ansprüche völlig ausreichend - eben klein aber fein.Tolle Umgebung, besonders die zwei kleinen Strände.

Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Urlaub genossen.Alles was wir benötigten, haben wir vorgefunden.
Tagsüber haben wir die Wellen am Bellin Beach genossen;abends haben wir den Tag auf der Terasse ausklingen lassen. Das war fantastisch.
Vielen Dank auch an Ihre gute „Perle“,Fr. Birgit Schmidt, die uns als Hausverwalterin sehr gut betreut hat.

Der Bungalow ist gemütlich, mit einer großen Terrasse, wo man essen kann. Der Vermieter und die Kontaktpersonen sind sehr nett. Die Gegend ist schön, in der Nähe gibt es einen großen Wald. Eines Abends haben wir einen Fuchs beobachtet, und es gibt im Wald einen Teich, in dem offensichtlich Biber leben (jedenfalls trugen die Bäume typische Spuren ihrer "Arbeit"). Es gibt auch zwei Strände, die ideal für kleine Kinder sind, weil da das Wasser nicht allzu tief ist, aber auch Schwimmer, wenn sie ein wenig weiter gehen, können hier Spaß haben. Neben einem der Strände lebt ein Reiher, den wir jeden Morgen sehen konnten, genauso wie eine kleine Schwäne-Familie. Allerdings wenn man den Stettiner Haff nicht kennt, muss man sich eher einen großen See, als das Meer vorstellen: Durch drei Flüsse, die in den Haff münden, sinkt der Salzgehalt deutlich.
