About this apartment rental
You love the special - not the everyday, then you are in our family-run apartments just right! Our house was newly built and modern furnished. The individual apartments have a size of 45 to 50 m², each with a balcony or terrace. The decor is attractive and tastefully decorated in maritime country style, with each apartment having a different color (eg green, white, blue or honey).
Parking is available on the property.
The holiday home is set on 2500 m² of land with a garden pond and a garden in the style of the cottages.
In the center are plenty of shopping and dining options available.
Have fun in the Baltic Sea filled with amber.
The 2.7-meter kitchenette has a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. The dishes have been adapted to the maritime country style.
Through the large light-flooded windows, the living room is cozy and invites you to relax.
The bedrooms have a double bed. In the living room is a sunbed for the relaxing
Sleep ready. For the little ones a travel cot and high chair is available. The living rooms of the lower apartments are heated by underfloor heating. In addition, wall heaters donate a woolly warmth. The beach can be reached on a wide forest path, which combines a short distance with the bike path. FKK-Baden is possible in the direction of Zempin.

On public holidays high season price applies.
The stated daily price includes utilities for electricity heating and water.
Bed linen and towels can be provided for 7.5 € / person.
Each apartment has a free parking space.
The final cleaning is 30 euros. If you bring a dog, the final cleaning increases to 40, - Euro. As part of this, we provide you with an initial supply of consumables, such as toilet paper, waste bags, filter bags, bath mat, tea towel and dish soap.
The tourist tax is extra. It is 2.00 Euro from 1. 5 to 30..09 per / day
1.30 euros from 1.10 to 30. 4 per / day

Der Aufenthalt hier hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung (Honig) ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Sie liegt 10-15min. Fußweg vom Zentrum entfernt in einer ausgesprochen ruhigen Gegend. Der Strand ist ebenfalls ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der Weg dahin führt durch einen idyllisches kleines Waldstück.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich.

Nettes Appartment zum Wohlfühlen - ruhige Lage und nette Vermieter . Fahrräder

Die FeWo ist zwischen Wäldern ruhig gelegen, das Zentrum ist trotzdem bei einen kleinen Spaziergang fussläufig wie beschrieben zu erreichen. Da wir mit der Bahn anreisten, wurden wir freundlicherweise vom Vermieter am Bahnhof abgeholt - klasse Gastgeber. Wir fanden die FeWo im sauberen und gepflegten zustand vor. Abstriche muss man bei der Ausstattung machen - leider war eine Grundausstattung nur sehr rudimentär vorhanden (Pfeffer Salz 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier und Spüli). Dinge wie Müllbeutel, Kaffeepulver , Handseife etc. mussten wir selbst besorgen und abschließend dort lassen. Das Sofa und die Matratze haben leider auch schon bessere Tage gesehen.
Wir hatten mit unseren Nachbarn sehr Glück und haben kaum etwas von Ihnen gehört aber bei etwas lauteren Mitgästen muss man damit rechnen diese auch mit zubekommen.
Zusammengefasst eine ruhige saubere FeWo eines freundlichen Gastgebers mit kleinen Abstrichen bei der Ausstattung.
