About this chalet rental

Mountain chalet, surrounded by nature, just 8 km from Lake Iseo and Lovere. Starting point for excursions. Large indoor and outdoor spaces, private parking, swimming pool, soccer field, playground, barbecue, e-bikes, pingpong, table football, gym, 12 rooms with bathroom (up to 45 seats), a party room, the fireplace room with living room TV, the kitchen equipped for 100 people.
The best part of the chalet is the outside because it is immersed in the green of a pine forest where next to it a stream flows with the waterfall at 20 meters and the nearest house is one kilometer away.
The park is equipped with barbecue, football pitch, playground, table tennis, billiard table, private parking and swimming pool.
Ideal for families, large groups and private parties; all taken care of in the smallest details, for a truly exclusive residence of the highest level. Optional linen, we provide mattress cover, blankets and pillow, if you wish with 10 euros you find bed made (with sheets, pillowcase and bath towels to be welded upon arrival). We have paid wifi. Free Ebike Test. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi for a fee. Check in from 2pm and check out by 11am

There were great facilities for the kids - lovely pool, football pitch, tennis table, table football, volleyball net, so the kids were entertained - a big plus! But inside the accommodation is dated and the bathrooms and mattresses need improving. Kitchen equipment was tricky to use but we just about managed. Very pretty spot but the owner lives right next door and another holiday let on site shares the pool, so it wasnt a private site at all. Also lots of tourists kept visiting our chalet and trying to walk in because there is an old hotel and restaurant sign on the front. So we had to keep all our possessions locked inside the house. I think the advert should make it clear that there are other people on site and also the hot tub is in the other holiday let not this one so the photos are deceiving. This place has a lot of potential but we were a bit disappointed with the lack of privacy and the beds and bathrooms. The owner is friendly though and available to help if we needed something.

The chalet was in the most beautiful location surrounded by nature! The facilities were great, kitchen, pool, football, volleyball and bbq (although not allowed to use on your own as it is expensive, totally understandable!) The area is amazing to walk around. It's about a 20 min drive from town and up a lot of mountain roads with a lot of turns, so definitely get all your food and stuff to stay up in the mountains for a few days. The owner was very helpful, friendly and accommodating and his children helped with translating to English. There were extra charges for sheets/towels, to use the pool and to use the hot tub and ebikes, so make sure you bring cash for these things. Would totally stay again!

Das Objekt liegt in ruhiger Lage mitten in den Bergen. Der Außenbereich ist riesig und bietet viele Möglichkeiten! Neben Beachvolleyball, Fußball, Grillplatz, Fitness, Tischtennis, einen Pool auch noch einen Wasserfall. Der Innenbereich ist sehr altmodisch und die Betten, sowie Zimmer wahrhaftig nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand. Teilweise sehr durchgelegen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist InOrdnung und für genügend Personen. Die Bar hat teilweise nicht funktioniert (Kühlschrank). Das WLAN funktioniert eigentlich gar nicht, ist wohl auch dem schlechtem Empfang geschuldet. Für unsere Gruppe war es dennoch eine sehr coole Unterkunft. Die abgelegene Lage war perfekt um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wäre der Standard des Hauses nun noch besser würde die Unterkunft deutlich mehr Sterne erhalten. Man sieht jedoch, dass die Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Grundsätzlich ist die Umgebung und das Areal Rund um das Haus toll. Die Aufenthaltsräume sind großzügig und die Küche funktional. Das Haus ist allerdings auf Stand der 90er Jahre, was auf den Bildern so nicht herauskommt. Wir waren am Anfang etwas enttäuscht, haben uns aber dann mit den Gegebenheiten arrangiert. Die Bäder sind überwiegend Nasszellen, wie man sie auf einem Schiff oder großen Wohnmobilen kennt (gewöhnungbedürftig). Der Whirlpool gehört nicht zum großen Haus, sondern befindet sich im benachbarten Chalet, welches man dazu buchen müsste, um ihn nutzen zu können. Für den Swimmingpool werden 50.-€ pro Tag fällig. Das Wlan ist schwach und kostet 10.-€/Tag. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und wollen in den nächsten Jahren das Haus auf einen moderneren Stand bringen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub, würden das Haus aber erst wieder buchen, wenn Elektrik und Sanitäranlagen renoviert wurden.

Hello, we are a group from Germany and were received very friendly. The communication with the landlord was uncomplicated (English skills provided, Italian best :)) and the description of the accommodation was pretty accurate. We enjoyed our holiday and can especially recommend the inexpensive tour with the e-bike. Thank you very much for taking good care of us and for being very accomodating Mr. Cretti. Arrivederci :)

Se vuoi andare via con un gruppo per cercare un momento di condivisione questo posto sembra fatto apposta per favorire lo stare insieme. Non è solamente un bellissimo posto: un casale in mezzo al bosco circondato da un torrente e da sentieri che portano a panorami mozzafiato, attrezzato con piscinetta, campetto da calcio e tutto quanto favorisce il gioco di gruppo. È tutto questo ma soprattutto è il posto GIUSTO. Lo capisci come arrivi.... capisci che sei arrivato nel posto giusto! A questo aggiungi la delicatezza il sostegno di Beppe per ogni necessità......che dire..... a volte il paradiso è veramente dietro l’angolo!! Really nice place and a super gentle owner

We have been wonderfully welcomed by Giuseppe, who really took care of our short stay like if we booked a 5-star hotel. He suggested us how to best exploit our little journey and proposed extra services that were very helpful to us! We will never forget the dinner, preparer by Giuseppe and his team with local products, they gave us the opportunity to taste the local "cuisine". We have been there for a birthday party and we took advantage of the dinner room, which in winter time is really really cozy and warm. The weather was with us, so we have been able to spend few hours, the next day, in the worderful garden right outside the house. I really reccomend this place ! Many thanks to Giuseppe !
