Villa Fuma is located in the village Stranici kod Lovreca, Vrsar area.

Beautiful spacious villa! All rooms were comfortable and very clean. We loved the pool! The large outdoor seating area was fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook our own meals. The best thing was the privacy afforded us at the pool. A wonderful time had by my family.

We enjoyed our stay in villa Fuma, Emil and Luiza are great, very helpful, maintaining a well furnished house, combining old Allura and modern provision. They are open for all questions, regularly cleaning the big swimming pool. Location is ideal, pretty quiet but not far from cities like Porec, Rovinj and Vrsar. We will definitely come again in de future

Great and very relaxing holiday. Charming old stony house, many places to relax , large Pool for swimming. The rooms and the kitchen were well equipped and very clean. The hosts are very friendly and pleasant people and gave us a feeling of warm welcome. Absolutely uncomplicated relationship to Emil and Branca Modrusan

What can we say, other than thank you? Villa Fuma was the most amazing base for our family holiday this summer. Throughout the booking process, Luiza was nothing but helpful and approachable. Arriving at the villa, Emil was brilliant and gave us a grand tour around the property, despite our late arrival. The pictures really don't do the villa justice - the size of the property and grounds are amazing. The pool is incredibly private and spacious. The rooms themselves were roomy, and spotlessly clean. We also really appreciated the well tocked kitchen and barbecue area. Considering we were a family of 6 adults (2 parents, and 2 adult children with their partners), we didn't feel at all on top of each other. There is always a separate balcony or area of the garden to retreat to if desired.The location is also brilliant for accessing the whole of Istria: we visited Vrsar, Rovinj, Porec, the Baredine caves, the Lim canal and Pula all in one week and yet we never drove for more than 40minutes. The only downside of the location is the lack of restaurant within walking distance, but we knew that when we booked. The weigh up is the vast amount of privacy you gain from a quite location. Emil recommended the fantastic Konoba Gradina, a ten minute drive from the property. Really wonderful food and atmosphere, we went twice. Definitely recommend booking though, it's the most popular restaurant in the area! Also take away pizza from the pizzeria in Sveti Lorec is worth trying. You will need a car for this villa, though bikes are provided for your use.If we return to Istria we would definitely look to stay here again and have recommended the villa to our friends and family.
