About this apartment rental
For complete peace and quiet and fresh air - come to Kurort Jonsdorf. Our comfortable, modern and newly re-furbished apartment is on the ground floor and sleeps up to 6 people.
The apartment is spacious, with clean lines, contemporary styles but with rustic antique pieces.
living room: the spacious living room with large sofabed for two also has a dining area for 6 people, TV (cabled), DVD player, a small collection of DVDs, iPod speakers and broadband internet (wireless and free of charge). For the winter months there is also an efficient log burner.
bedrooms: there are two double bedrooms each with a comfortable queen-sized bed. There is ample storage space in the wardrobe and drawers. The rooms are calming and airy, but very quiet.
bathroom: the new tiled bathroom has underfloor heating and a very large bathtub. There is also a large separate shower cubicle. Hot water is provided by an instantaneous water heater and so saves energy. There is also a washing machine.
kitchen: the modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all the pans and pots, plates and cups and glasses you could need. There is a gas hob and two electric ovens, microwave, toaster, full sized dishwasher etc.
The apartment has gas central heating, regulated by a central thermostat and on each radiator.
The apartment has its own terrace with a seating area and outdoor dining table. Guests may also make use of the whole garden, round the corner from the terrace. There are sunny areas as well as shady corners and plenty of space.
There is free off-street parking directly next to the house.
Towels and bedding provided. (No bedding for baby cot). No additional charge for end-of-stay cleaning.
Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged at a charge.
Security deposit: 150 euros

Wir waren sehr überrascht. Am Anreisetag wurden wir vom sehr freundlichen Gastgeber empfangen.
Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und sehr sauber. Die Fußbodenheizung im geräumigen Bad fanden wir sehr angenehm. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich etwas außerhalb des Zentrum. Ist aber zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Auch eine Fahrt mit der Schmalspurbahn nach Zittau ist empfehlenswert. Schönes Wandergebiet. Alles in allem ein paar gelungene Tage. Wir wünschen dem Gastgeber noch viele zufriedene Gäste.
