About this apartment rental

In the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose, cosy 2-person apartment with exceptional 180-degree sea view. It is divided into 2 main rooms: - an entrance hall with large closet, a fully equipped kitchen/living/dining room - a bedroom with queen-size bed and large closet- a bathroom with washing machine - a separate toilet. The plus of this apartment: a large 18 m2 terrace with a direct view of the Grève Blanche, equipped with all necessary outdoor furniture.
Close to the center, numerous activities (Forum de la mer, sailing center 50 meters away...) are possible, including numerous hikes starting from the apartment (chemin des douaniers from la Grève Blanche). There is a box (outside the appartment) for your leisure equipment (bikes, surfboards, etc.).
During your stay, internet access is free, as are most foreign channels on the TV.
Rentals are by the week or two from April to October.
Water and electricity consumption will be billed extra according to consumption (0.35 per KW for electricity and 6.2 per M3 for water).

This apartment was clean, attractive and was well equipped. Despite the cold April weather the flat was warm (although electricity is an additional cost as stated). The view from the room and balcony is directly over the beach with it’s pink granite boulders - amazing in all weathers. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment has its own alllocated place on the car park which is very useful. Location: Coastal walk straight from apartment. Very nice restaurant very close by. Easy walk to the small town with mini supermarket, patisseries etc. Had a wonderful week and would like to return sometime.

"My wife and I had a very pleasant holiday in Tregastel. We have visited this area several times before with our children, but this was the first time on our own. The Granite Coast is a very special place. The coastline and beaches are fantastic. The weather is unpredictable, but being British we are used to that and did not deter us from exploring the area on foot. We particularly enjoyed the boat trip to see the gannet colony. What amazing birds they are, and you can see them gliding effortlessly over the waves out to sea from the apartment balcony. Seeing puffins flying over the boat was also very special. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was even better than the photographs conveyed. Great location right on the beach, lovely big balcony, very clean and modern with excellent facilities and easy private parking. We could not fault the apartment or it''s location. A couple of very minor comments. We found it slightly old fashioned having to read the electricity and water meters at the beginning and end of our stay and working out the amount before we left. We would happily pay a bit more rent. Also in this computer /internet age it would have been very useful to have WIFI in the apartment. I have no doubt we will return to this lovely apartment and I will make more of an effort to learn some French. "

Wir sind jetzt das zweite Mal in der Wohnung gewesen und waren so begeistert wie beim ersten Mal. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht (leider keine Spülmaschine) und die Lage ist top. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist wirklich traumhaft. Nous sommes maintenant allés à l’appartement pour la deuxième fois et avons été aussi enthousiastes que la première fois. L’appartement est joliment décoré avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin (malheureusement pas de lave-vaisselle) et l’emplacement est top. La vue depuis l’appartement est vraiment fantastique.

Magnifique vue du salon par l'intermédiaire de deux grandes baies vitrées. Grande terrasse. Location très propre et très bien équipée. Une place de parking privé nous est réservée. Le plus: un ascenseur, très pratique pour monter les bagages. Résidence très calme et de standing. Apres avoir beaucoup cherché, nous recommandons cette location.

Bon accueil, disponibilité pour organiser l'arrivée et dans un appartement très propre et spacieux pour 2 personnes, à l'intérieur bien soigné, et avec un équipement complet (jusqu'au batteur à oeufs !!! D'ailleurs si complet qu'on s'en retrouve même à être pointilleux en regrettant qu'il n'y ait pas de plus petit plat à four puisque l'appartement est loué pour max 2 personnes et que se retrouvant aussi bien équipé.e.s que chez soi, cela donne l'envie de faire et de cuisiner, quand bien même il y a un restaurant (calme / sans nuisance) au pied de l'immeuble... L'annonce, les photos et les modalités précisées sont fidèles à la réalité. Trégastel en pleine saison c'est aussi une circulation dense et quelques bouchons en heures de pointe mais ce qui distingue cet appartement c'est qu'à l'arrivée, il y a un parking privatif au pied de l'immeuble et que la plage de la grève blanche reste très agréable malgré l'affluence : les gens ont de l'espace, l'ambiance est familiale et détendue (sans cri ni voisinage irritant)... Beaucoup d'activités possibles (promenades et randonnées, longe-côte et plus largement activités nautiques : voile, paddle etc...) Indéniablement le caractère exceptionnel de l'appartement réside dans son emplacement face à la mer : la vue et la relation directe avec la plage. Certes à la nuit tombée la mer, si proche, induit fraîcheur et humidité, mais autrement vous pouvez y descendre juste pour 15 min, comme pour quelques heures et sans se charger : c'est si facile de remonter à l'appartement... Et pour manger face à la mer, nul besoin d'un sandwich menacé par des grains de sables, vous avez à disposition la terrasse avec sa table, ses chaises et fauteuils... D'autant plus appréciable que réserver au restaurant en contre-bas n'est pas évident...

When I saw the apartment at fewo-direkt I thought that it could be nice, but it was even nicer! A most charming little apartment in quiet surroundings, the beach always in front of us, perfect. We travelled in september, so the house was not fully booked. That means we had no direct neighbours on the large balcony, that might be different in the summer holiday season. The apartment has offered everything we needed, there was even a washing machine in the bathroom. There was no dishwasher, but that wasn't a problem for us. We were very warmly welcomed and said farewell. We can absolutely recommend this apartment for all who love beautiful beaches in a most interesting landscape.

L'appartement est vraiment super, très bien situé avec une vue et une emplacement exceptionnels. Il est également très bien équipé et propre. Une place de parking réservé. Wer direkt ans Meer möchte ist hier genau richtig. Es ist sehr schön auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen oder einfach das Meer anzuschauen. Was Urlaubern klar sein muss: Es sind Glastrennwände auf dem Balkon von diesem, zum Nächsten ohne Sichtschutz. D.h. man kann auf 4 Wohnungen durchgucken. Wenn das Haus ausgebucht ist (was es bei uns nicht war) wird es sicherlich sehr kuschelig, da man alles mitbekommt vom direkten Nachbarn bzw. den Nachbarn insg.. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Auch hat das Appartement keine Geschirrspülmaschine. Das hat uns zunächst nicht, dann doch später gestört. Vor allem wenn man gerne kocht, ist die Küche sehr klein, die Dusche ebenfalls. Der Stil und Stand der Wohnungseinrichtung (incl. Geschirr) ist nicht auf dem neusten Stand (nicht modern), eher altmodisch und auch nicht viel daran gemacht. Es riecht aber alles gut und ist sehr sauber. Ungewöhnlich ist auch, dass man Strom und Wasser (statt pauschal wie sonst) wirklich genau am Ende abrechnet (statt steht auch nicht in der Anzeige). Auch bekommt man von der Vermieterin einen gesonderten schriftlichen Vertrag geschickt, den man ausfüllen "muss". Bettzeug und Endreinigung muss darin aufgeführt extra bezahlt werden. Die Einweisung ins Appartement und die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Verwalterin als auch mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert.
