Location, space, ability to cook, privacy.

Leaking shower and limited kitchen utensils. An oven dish and serving cutlery would add value.

Great location, not far from all the central city sites but far enough not to be in too noisy an area. Very close to the Metro station. A handy breakfast/lunch popular eatery downstairs. Huge room in renovated heritage building.

Nothing really. If you don't like exercise, the walking up the top level floor may be a problem but it wasn't a problem for us.

Well located and spacious property. It’s on the first floor and liked where the property in the building.

The paperwork to complete was sent too close to departure when I was busy so couldn’t complete till arrival. Also, was requested to take all garbage to the bins on street behind the building prior to departure.

Good location walking distance to transport, vibrant areas for bars and restaurants. Spacious apartment.

Very stingy when it came to a few basic necessities. For example - only 2 coffee capsules for 3 people staying 4 nights. They insist on providing only the basics to "get started" but 2 capsules was still not enough for the number of guests actually present in the apartment for a first cup of coffee! I raised the issue and and they brought 2 more capsules, again, seemingly forgetting we were 3 people. Lots of simple/basic things missing. Many apartments provide things like water, coffee, oil, salt/pepper etc... but we were even expected to buy toilet paper. Honestly, who does that? Never stayed in an apartment where operators were so tight. For the price you're paying, you can spend a few euros and ensure that guests have toilet paper and other basics for the entire stay! Also - noisy. Only provided 1 key for 3 adults. Made it hard to be independent and come and go as we pleased. Such a contrast from a great apartment we stayed at in Bilbao earlier in the week, where everything we could have needed was in the apartment and the host was so accommodating. Probably made this Porto accommodation seem even worse.
