About this apartment rental
This is a newly renovated, 1-bedroom apartment in Middletown's desirable Easton's Point neighborhood. The unit has a full kitchen, master bedroom with a queen sized bed, full-sized fold out couch, its own driveway, separate entry, and a private partially covered deck. The apartment is best suited for a couple, or a couple with young children. We do not recommend the fold out for two adults. The place is located within a half-mile walking distance of two Atlantic beaches: Newport's First/Easton's Beach, and Middletown's Second/Sachuest Beach. We are also a short two miles from Newport's famed Bellevue Avenue. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The shed contains boogie boards, a beach wagon and umbrella and beach chairs for your enjoyment. This is a beautiful apartment to which you will have difficulty saying goodbye.

Clean, quaint and convenient for our weekend stay! Communication with our host and checkin was easy! Large bedroom and bathroom; there is also a pullout couch in the living room. This attached apartment is bright and beachy, in a lovely walkable neighborhood and close to first and second beaches! Landscaping is lovely and there is a private deck area complete with patio furniture. We loved our stay and look forward to returning! Thank you!

Michael's property is absolutely perfect for a couple - clean, cozy, in a quiet neighborhood and accessible to everything in Newport and Middletown. He was also very responsive with all communication. It was a terrific fit for us!
