2 BR, 2 BA, in highly desirable Bay Mariner Condominium. On the Intercoastal, directly across from beach access, this condo features MBR with king bed, Guest BR with queen bed, and full sleeper in LR. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets. Master bath features a large walk-in shower, Guest bath has a bathtub. Beautifully furnished with many upgrades, remote controlled ceiling fans with lights in each bedroom, living room and lanai. Internet/wifi and cable TV are included. The unit is complete with everything you need for a winter vacation including chairs, towels, umbrellas, beach toys, and rolling cart for easy transporting across the street to the beach, 2 large smart TVs and a beautiful lanai provide indoor leisure activities. Bring your Netflix or Amazon login info. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The coin operated Laundry Room is 20 steps from the unit, next to the elevator.
Bay Mariner has a large, inviting heated pool and spa, shuffleboard, separate sauna and exercise rooms for men and women, party room, billiards room, lovely lobby, and many social activities for residents and vacationers. There is reserved parking for each unit and secured entrances. Beautiful landscaping and private boat dock with boardwalk and benches and a picnic area complete the ambiance. There are many restaurants near the property, as well as grocery stores. There is a mini mart within walking distance. We prefer 3 month renters.

My husband and I spent over 3 months in this tastefully decorated and well equiped condo. Beds were comfortable, and linens were plush. With Covid we made more meals at home and were thankful for all the small appliances such as crock pot, however if cooking isn't your thing, there are several restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated having starter paper products supplied and access to everything you need for the beach. The condo is situated near the elevator and washer and dryer. We liked having the added security of keyed elevator and stairwell. Can't wait to return next year.

Nice well stocked condo with comfortable master bed. TVs in living room and a master are very good size. Swimming pool is nice for laps and a good hot tub. Close to beach.

I have been spending March in Florida for the past 6 years and this condo was the best. The condo had all the comforts of home. Anyone that rents it will love it.

My husband and I loved staying in Indian Shores . We go to Florida every year and Vivian’s place was perfect for us. We would definitely go back. Very close to the beach, inside the condo presented us with everything we needed. We also loved being close to the intercostal waterways, restaurants, and within close driving distance to parks, groceries and nature. A gem
